Premise was born a Libra in Sept '83 on the main-line of Philly near St. Joes University. Growing up in Northeast Philly, he was a mischeivous kid who always seemed to slither through the madness. The son of a drummer, music equipment was everywhere. Simmons Kit drums, 8-track recorders, guitars, keyboards... He was even given his own keyboard before he was 3 years old. Pictures are no doubt in circulation of a little boy running around with drumsticks.
The progression from childhood music starchild to adult hip-hop producer wasn't simple. At 14, he produced his first track, and now, 10 years later, hundreds are under his belt. Now with a college degree and a knack for making things happen, Prem is poised to get where he's going.
